Explore, learn, and connect with nature during Family Nature Adventures! Join us every 2nd Saturday March - November for an unforgettable journey into the stunning parks surrounding Chabot Space & Science Center. Each month features an exciting new theme, from the tiny world of insects to the grandeur of towering redwood trees.

Hands-On Workshops: Engage with science through fun, interactive activities and real tools. Tasty Treats: Enjoy a snack to fuel your adventure!
Guided Nature Walks: Uncover the secrets of the forest with expert-led explorations.This family-friendly experience is perfect for children ages 3-8 and their grown-ups. General museum admission is included with your ticket, and members enjoy $10 off per ticket by logging in.
 
This Months Theme: Discover the Secrets of Local Owls!
Step into the magical world of owls during this month's adventure!
Interactive Workshop: Dive into the habits, calls, and diets of local owls. Experience hands-on science as you dissect owl pellets to uncover the mysteries of their meals.
Guided Owl Walk: Bring your own binoculars or use our child-sized pairs as you join a guided stroll through the redwood forest to search for signs of these majestic birds in their natural habitat.
