Geminids Meteor Shower
Join us on our observation decks and be dazzled as we make our annual trip though the Geminids Meteor shower. The Geminids, named for the radiant or location where the shower appears to originate, is one of the best meteor showers to catch this year. The culprit and source of the shower is Asteroid 3200 Phaethon, a small asteroid about 3.17 miles (5.10 kilometers) across.
Complimentary hot chocolate will be served. Bring warm clothing or optional blankets, chairs or sleeping bags.

You are not required to have the maximum number of people, however, you will not be permitted to exceed those visitor limitations. Visitor counts include all adults, children, guests, and hosts, over the age of 2 years old.

Scouts, Schools and Youth Groups: Please complete the ticketing registration questionnaire per participant. If you do not have this information at the time or order, please contact us to arrange a group reservation. Group leaders: You may contact us to receive a roster of your registered guests at any time.

Changes are not permitted after the deadline. Meals are served buffet style and include meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free if specific during your ticket purchase.
Check-in: 5:30pm - Program starts at 5:50pm (late entry is permissible.) Please bring your electronic or paper ticket for scanning at check-in. Early departures are allowed.
Chaperone Policy: One chaperone is required for every 7 minors. Chabot staff and volunteers are not responsible for the supervision of overnight youth.

Meals: Dinner and breakfast are included. Designate your meal preferences at the time of ticket purchase. If unspecified, meat is the default option.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no refunds, cancellations or reductions for overestimated attendees.

2025 High School Graduates: Please select the student ticket type for free admission. All others please choose adult.
This event includes a networking reception reunion with heavy appetizers, as well as wine and beer for attendees aged 21 and over. During the event, we will introduce the Alumni Program, including membership levels, community hubs by practice, opportunities, and upcoming events.
We recognize that alumni live all over the world, and not everyone who wishes to attend may be able to join us in person. However, we encourage you to thoughtfully join the association and participate in other ways or at future events. We will follow-up with a separate email following the event with membership information.
