Explore the redwoods while learning about local flora and our night sky on a moderate 3-4 mile hike and return along the ridge under moonlight. After the hike, stay and explore other amazing objects in the night sky through our telescopes (weather permitting) or tour the Telescope Makers Workshop at 7pm. Hike will take place rain or shine.

Hike Definitions
- Easy: 1-3 miles, moderate to slow paced, along fairly level terrain
- Moderate: 4-5 miles with some hills, at a moderate pace
- Strenuous: 6-7 miles, hilly, at a moderate to moderately brisk pace
