Dive into the celestial myths and stories behind the winter solstice, including:
The ancient myth of Helios, the sun god, and his annual rebirth during the solstice.
The story of The Great Bear (Ursa Major) and the role of Artemis, the goddess of the hunt, in the winter sky. The holiday myth of The Star of Bethlehem and its connection to the solstice, symbolizing light during the darkest time of the year.
