Slumber with the Stars

Blast off into an out of this world experience exploring the outer realms of space! This program will take your group from Earth into the great unknown through workshops, activities, exhibits, telescopes and planetarium offerings.

Availability: 6pm-9:30am

Check-in: 6pm (late entry is permissible.) Please bring your electronic or paper ticket for scanning at check-in.

Meals: Dinner and breakfast are included. Complete designate your meal preferences via the separate google sheet 2 weeks prior to visit. If unspecified meat is the default option.

Consent & Waiver: Please complete an online consent form for every participant 10 days prior to arrival: CONSENT FORM.

COVID-19 SAFETY: The safety of our guests, staff and volunteers continues to be our utmost concern. To that end, we have enhanced our cleaning processes, installed sanitizer stations, reduced our nightly capacity, and converted our buffets to individually boxed meals.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no cancellations or reductions for group reservations or online ticket orders. This includes outstanding balances for overestimated attendees.  

Involuntary Reschedule: Due to the unique and changing nature of COVID-19, previously scheduled events that are unable to occur as a result of local, state or federal government policies outside the control of Chabot (“Force Majeure”) will be rescheduled to a later available date as availability permits. In the event of a Force Majeure groups/client are entitled to reschedule without penalty until such a time that regulations allow event gatherings in accordance with the following regulations: California State Guidelines: https://covid19.ca.gov/ Alameda County Health Department Guidelines: https://covid-19.acgov.org/index.page. 

Voluntary Reschedule: Overnighters are entitled to voluntarily reschedule their event once due to COVID-19, without penalty, with 60 days prior notice. Should the reservation be voluntarily rescheduled a second or successive time by the client, a rescheduling fee of $10 per ticket will apply.
