Slumber with the Stars
Spend this Father's Day with dad on this unique, out-of-this-world camping experience at Chabot. Your sleepover includes hands-on activities, exclusive after-hours time in the exhibits, planetarium shows and telescope viewing amidst the backdrop of the redwood forest. Enjoy hot chocolate while gazing at the stars then camp out outside or in one of our exclusive indoor exhibitions. Open to families of all types ages 4+.
Dinner and breakfast are included with dairy free and vegetarian options. All minors must be accompanied by a ticketed adult at a ratio of 5-1.

Consent, Waiver & Dietary Restrictions: Please complete an online consent form for every participant 10 days prior to arrival: CONSENT FORM.
COVID-19 SAFETY: The safety of our guests, staff and volunteers continues to be our utmost concern. To that end, we have enhanced our cleaning processes, installed sanitizer stations, reduced our nightly capacity, and converted our buffets to individually boxed meals.
Required:
- Wear a mask unless eating or drinking
- Sanitize hands before and after all hands-on activities
- Remember that comfort levels vary so please be respectful of other visitor’s space
- Stay home if sick within two weeks of the event
CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no cancellations or reductions for group reservations or online ticket orders. This includes outstanding balances for overestimated attendees.
Involuntary Reschedule: Due to the unique and changing nature of COVID-19, previously scheduled events that are unable to occur as a result of local, state or federal government policies outside the control of Chabot (“Force Majeure”) will be rescheduled to a later available date as availability permits. In the event of a Force Majeure groups/client are entitled to reschedule without penalty until such a time that regulations allow event gatherings in accordance with the following regulations: California State Guidelines: https://covid19.ca.gov/ Alameda County Health Department Guidelines: https://covid-19.acgov.org/index.page.
Voluntary Reschedule: Overnighters are entitled to voluntarily reschedule their event once due to COVID-19, without penalty, with 60 days prior notice. Should the reservation be voluntarily rescheduled a second or successive time by the client, a rescheduling fee of $10 per ticket will apply.
