Booking Directions:
Scouts, Schools and Youth Groups: Please complete the ticketing registration questionnaire per participant. If you do not have this information at the time or order, you will need to contact us to update your order with this information 30 days prior to your visit. This program is not open to the general public. Please visit our website for our Slumber with the Stars family and adult overnight listings. Group leaders: You may contact us to receive a roster of your registered guests at any time.
- Group/Pack/Group Name: i.e. Cub Scout Pack XXX, Girl Scout Troop XXX, etc.
- Organization City: Where is your group traveling from?
- Contact/Address: We use this information to communicate arrival directions, updates, etc.
- Meal preferences: If you do not complete this information at the time of ordering please submit the information by phone in advance.
Check-in: 5-6pm Gift Store open; 5:30-6pm Check in; 6pm- Program starts (late entry is permissible.) Please bring your electronic or paper ticket for scanning at check-in. Early departures are allowed.
Chaperone Policy: One chaperone is required for every 5 minors. Chabot staff and volunteers are not responsible for the supervision of overnight youth.

Meals: Dinner and breakfast are included. Complete designate your meal preferences via the separate google sheet 2 weeks prior to visit. If unspecified meat is the default option.
Patches/Badges: Chabot and Girl Scout Badges may be purchased the morning following your overnight from our gift store from 9:30am-10am.
Consent & Waiver: Please complete an online consent form for every participant 10 days prior to arrival: CONSENT FORM.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There are no cancellations or reductions for overestimated attendees.
